Martial Excellence is the brainchild of Coach Patel.

Through Coach Patel’s lifetime of training, he has travelled the world to train with some of the worlds best and elite. This has given him the insight into each athletes world. As a lifelong coach himself he believes this information is best shared to inspire and build the next generations of Elite Martial Arts.

His mission is to make those Elite Martials Artists available to those in the UK as well as gaining knowledge by training with them himself. 

Coach Patel, is a life long martial artist and began Martial Arts in the 1980’s aged 10. He has over 35 years’ experience and has been teaching since 1990 (30+years). He runs his own fulltime academy in Gloucester England.

He has travelled the world learning from some of the worlds best Martial Artists and holds 3 Black Belts in different martial art disciplines amongst other Coaching qualifications.

Sifu Patel also began training in Kickboxing in the early 80’s and is also an accomplished in Kickboxing Competition:; winning many English, British and International titles multiple times.

Following his passion for grappling since 2006, he also teaches Brazilian Jiujitsu (BJJ), Catch Wrestling, Submission Grappling, and Wrestling. He also has valuable experience competing in Grappling & Brazilian Jiujitsu competitions.
